Hurt? Here’s what to do

    Call one number

    When your player gets hurt, call the SportMed Connect number.

  2. 2

    Get a call back in under 5 minutes

    A sports medicine expert calls you back and asks what happened.

  3. 3

    Get a plan to return to play

    The expert assesses the injury and gives you a clear plan to get back on the field.

  4. 4

    In-person care only if needed

    If the injury needs an in-person visit, the expert refers you to a trusted local physician.
